Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Lean Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness. You will drive continuous improvement through the application of lean methodologies and support the company in achieving its production targets.

 

Your main tasks will include :

-Introduction, implementation, and further development of our production system “Busch Business-System” together with our Global Lean Organization

You will support the development of the global lean production system at our site in Romania and work with the global organization on the further development of the production system.

- Analysis and optimization of production processes:

 Perform value stream mapping to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.

- Introduction and implementation of lean principles:

Implementation of lean methods such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Jidoka.

- Training and coaching of employees:

 Supporting the team through training in lean methods and techniques to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

- Project management:

 Leading and executing process optimization projects, including monitoring schedules, budgets and performance metrics.

- Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs):

 Developing and implementing standardized workflows to increase efficiency and minimize waste.

- Collaboration with cross-departmental teams:

 Working closely with Production, Quality Assurance and Logistics to realize cross-departmental improvements.

- Continuous improvement (Kaizen):

 Initiating and conducting Kaizen workshops to promote a continuous improvement process.

- Data analysis and key figures:

Analyzing production data to monitor efficiency and derive improvement potential.

- Ensuring the sustainability of improvements:

 Implementing measures to ensure the long-term effectiveness of the lean methods introduced.
