• Provide technical assistance for our products and applicable processes to our staff, representatives and customers.
• Maintain an up-to-date library of all technical reference documents.
• Assistance in the preparation of sales quotations.
• Training of staff and customers as appropriate.

• Proactively takes ownership on resolving service problems. 
• Interfaces with the customer regarding technical requirements analysis and schedule, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts.
• exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Others requirements:

- Chemical background is preferred

- Good command of English and communication skill 

- Good presentation and report writing skill
