  1. Objectives

The Business Development Contamination Management Solutions (CMS) Asia will be responsible for the short term and long term business in all Asia territories for CMS product

He will participate to the strategy definition, and will be accountable for the achievement of our strategic initiatives

  1. Key functions and responsibility

Strategy

  • Together with the Global Head of the Product Group, Regional Manager & Market Manager Semi, define the strategy for its territories
  • Will participate to the achievement of the defined strategy

 

Sales Support

  • Understand Customer needs, and promote CMS solution for their needs
  • Support the local sales organization for the sale of Contamination Management Solutions (CMS) by proposing the best solution for customer needs & budget
  • Be accountable for sales budget for CMS
  • Be accountable for product profitability

 

Application

  • Will help customer by providing application expertise for their request, mainly before sales
  • Will work closely with PV application team to define new application

 

 

Budget

  • Paticipate to the Sales budget process

 

Operation

  • Link between Asian sales team and Pfeiffer operation when needed
  • Update the monthly/yearly sales forecast to Pfeiffer Operation

 

              Product Management

  • Co work with key customer to define the next product/option to develop
  • Prepare business plan for each new product / option for project launched
  • Is the Voice of Custmer in the product development

 

 

  1. Profile
  • > 5 years Experience in semiconductor field
  • Good knowledge of Semiconductor market and technology
  • Good knowledge of Instrumentation, ideally for semiconductor
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneur mindset, willing to achive challenging goals
  • Team work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Chinese, Korean, Japanese is a plus
