Field Service Engineer CMS (Contamination Management Solutions) 

 

at a customer site in Agrate Brianza (MB) 

 

Your role
•    CMS Installations at our customer site
•    Perform Acceptance Tests (SAT)
•    Execute the tool QPM Quality & Performance Mark & APM Application Performance Monitoring on time
•    Perform maintenance operations to meet customer‘s requirements
•    Manage backup spare parts and make sure the Part Number list is updated.
•    Create service report and troubleshooting report
•    Issue reporting to CMS HQ
•    Test the new software function/improvement before software release
•    Provide on-site efficient service and technical support to customers.
•    Tool operation and primary troubleshooting training to customer.
•    Build-up good relationship with customer.
•    Deliver regular preventive maintenance and trouble shooting at customer site.
•    Support demonstration project on site check and applications recommendation
•    Respect the customers’s EHS guidelines

 

Your background
•    Trained as an engineer in physics and chemistry, or in metrology and instrumentation, you will have experience in measurement and analysis techniques based on mass spectrometry.
•    Skills in spectroscopy, optics and fluorescence would be a plus, as would knowledge of the microelectronics cleanroom environment or equivalent.
•    Ideally, you have initial experience and enjoy working in customer service on technically sophisticated products
•    Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance would be ideal
•    Experience to work with Airborne Molecular Contamination tools will be a plus
•    Hands-on mentality and manual dexterity
•    English and Italian language skills are required
•    Independent and careful working style, initiative and willingness to learn are among your strengths
•    Strong communication skills, customer-orientation and an impeccable appearance round off your qualification profile
•    Ready to work in a clean room environment
