Service Administration Support for our Semiconductor business

Based at our Service Centre in Caponago

Your Role

The Semi Service admin shall provide the following main tasks:"

• Provide the purchase of goods and services necessary to carry out the site's activities, carry out purchase orders to internal Pfeiffer Vacuum and external suppliers, carry-out Caponago warehouse material posting
• Posting of supplier invoices of the purchases referred to the previous point
• Carry-out invoicing to customers
• Update logistic follow-up XLSX files concerning activities performed
• Create and update contracts and non-contract Service Orders in SAP Fiori, invoicing where needed
• Support Caponago warehouse inventory
• Carry out of logistic documentation and delivery notes for materials shipment to customer and Pfeiffer Vacuum sites
• Update and follow-up documentation needed to access to customer sites

Support Caponago Site Magager on following tasks:

• Follow-up and update safety, machinery and site documentation
• Carry out Caponago site back-office activities

Your Background

• High school Degree
• 2-3 years professional experience as sales/service administration / back-office or similar roles
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Software competences: S.O. WIN, Office pack - Excel, Word, SAP S4HANA - SAP Fiori will be a plus
• Drive license: B
• Availability          On site Caponago
