Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Responsible for providing technical support to field service engineers, technicians and product support who are diagnosing and trouble shooting equipments.
  • Provides support to customer where the product is highly technical.
  • Gathering all data such like pump failure, present and new technical material, issues in the local area and summarize it to analysis
  • Generate technical support documentation, creates and reviews documentation relating to technical improvements, system updates, and support plans. Ensures successful implementation in the field.
  • Demo technical support: pump setting, troubleshooting, Qualification report etc.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • More than 5 years of experience in field service or technical support
  • Good English communication
  • Person who have a similar work experience would be preferred
