1. Work with local FSE for basic service, repairs, system and software upgrades, and in case of any problem, have to communicate with headquarters team by email or phone.
2. Support equipment and gas analyzers installation and complete acceptance.
3. Provide technical advice to sales and service team for critical technical issues.
4. Manage meeting topics between company and customer, also trace the result and solution.
5. Implement new features and functional application of equipment (analyzer, software function, etc.)
6. Prepare analytical reports
7. Flexibility to support on-duty and travel domestic or international upon request.

 

Other requirements:

1.     Especially background in chemistry or gas analysis.

2.     Good knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.

3.     Knows or have experience GC-MS operation and principle, or related analyzer experience specially for PTR TOF-MS.

4.     Ability to work independently and communicate with Product Engineering team in English.

5.     Good logicality and analysis for report, understand SPC chart.
