Field Service Engineer

Job Category:  Customer Service
  1. Responsible for performing the on-site, installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and repair of all a models of complex contamination management systems at the customer site.
  2. Provides technical and service support to customers.
  3. Prepare reports on customer support issues and escalate to local FAE or Product Engineering/Applications team.
  4. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
  5. With flexibilty to support on-duty and travel domestic or international upon request.

 

Other requirements:

  1. Willing to work on-call during nights or weekends as needed.
  2. Ability to work independently and communicate with Product Engineering team in  English.
  3. Experiences in semiconductor equipment maintenance or AMC tools installation/ maintenances is a plus.
  4. Willing to have short-term support or work in North-Taiwan area.
