•    Understand customer needs and requirements.

•    Collaborate and provide support the field sales team:
•    Follow up on leads and inquiries.
•    Prepare customer offers, follow up and invoicing.
•    Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

•    Delivery check and Internal point of contact for web portal, campaign, newsletter
•    Price-list update on a regular basis and preparation of dedicated price-list to key customers
•    Managing opportunity pipeline and customer base on C4 Hana SAP
•    Responsible for managing public tender offer documentation.
 
 
Requirements
•    High school diploma/GED.
•    Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as SAP.
•    Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English language
