Junior Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Support

To support our sales team in our Paderno office we are now offering a great entry position for somebody with some first administrative experience who wants to gain broader knowledge in customer service and Inside Sales over the next year. 

Temporary one year contract

•    Assist the planning & order processing team 
•    Interact with different departments like  planning, purchasing, logistic, back office and sales  in order to provide high-level support to our Customers
•    Support the  Order-to-Cash process, from order management to invoicing, complaint management and credit notes
•    Ensure the resolution of customer issues or claim by cooperating with sales teams, suppliers, stock, and finance department
•    Accuracy in recording order acceptance from suppliers and manage delays and price discrepancies.
•    Ensure accuracy and maintain customer and material master data.
 
 
Requirements
•    Education: Bachelor degree in an administrative/economical subject
•    Fluent verbal and written Italian, fluent English are essential skills, French/German is a plus
•    Good skills MS Office
•    Soft skills: problem solving, team member, willingness to learn
•    SAP S4 HANA knowledge is a plus
