You can expect these tasks:
•    Daily management of the sales business for Czech Republic in accordance with the company’s guidelines and the Corporate Governance Code
•    Implementation of the country’s market segment strategies in accordance with global market segment guidelines, steering the local initiatives to ensure profitable growth
•    Close relationship to key accounts and customers, focus on business development and strategic planning in close-cooperation with market segments and the Busch-Group in Austria
•    Budget responsibility for the revenue within the Czech Republic
•    Top line and consolidated gross profit contribution to the global strategy 
•    Close relationship to customers and distributors, focus on business development and strategic planning in close co-operation with market segments and headquarters
•    Planning and co-ordination of market surveys and marketing activities in close co-operation with headquarters, continuous monitoring of competitors’ activities
•    Training, mentoring, supervising and optimizing efficiency of the sales force
•    Execution and implementation of board decisions 

 

You should have these qualifications:
•    A technical degree (University degree, Engineering Degree or equivalent) is mandatory,  an additional education in business administration would be beneficial
•    Experience in a technical sales or business development position in growing markets like the semiconductor industry
•    Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team and in guiding, motivating and mentoring staff. Experience in leading a subsidiary of an international organization would be beneficial
•    Solution- and result-oriented, well organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic, empathic
•    Excellent communications and intercultural skills, smart behavior
•    Business English and Czech  fluent
