Responsibilities

• Improving and monitoring QMS in company. Coordinate with relevant dept to investigate root cause and corrective action from customer and manufacturing non-conformance.
• Participate in new projects or training.
• Support Engineering team to translate Tech Spec.
• Implement Internal Audit Program, Bi-weekly audit, coordinate with External Audit and support Supplier audit.
• Create and update SOP, IP, report, ….
• Monitoring Quality Report.
• Training new operator and new SOP, IP relevant to Quality.
• Support the training and follow up QC staff’s level.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a quality management role of manufacturing field.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO 14001, 45001 standards
• Experience with internal auditing and CAPA activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good at English; Proficient in MS Office, SAP.
• Data analyst.
• Monthly report.
