Forecast and analysis

- Analyze the market evolution: customer, competition, market situation
- Product strategy, sales plans and find opportunities to improve and grow business
Report
- Prepare, submit and implement commercial targets and objectives
- Report monthly performance analysis and forecasting
- Submit weekly work plan and schedule to direct manager
- Regular data maintain in CRM
Management
- Lead and define appropriate actions for key account development
- Maintain key clients to find new opportunities;
- Continue to develop potential customers
- Coach, motivate and manage sales team to achieve the targeted business results
Training and development
Promote and introduce new and existing products
Other requirements:
- Strong experience in Semiconductor industry & proven sales experiences is required
- Experiences in vacuum technology or equipment business is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
