Forecast and analysis

    • Analyze the market evolution: customer, competition, market situation
    • Product strategy, sales plans and find opportunities to improve and grow business

Report

  • Prepare, submit and implement commercial targets and objectives
  • Report monthly performance analysis and forecasting
  • Submit weekly work plan and schedule to direct manager
  • Regular data maintain in CRM

Management

  • Lead and define appropriate actions for key account development
  • Maintain key clients to find new opportunities;
  • Continue to develop potential customers
  • Coach, motivate and manage sales team to achieve the targeted business results

Training and development

Promote and introduce new and existing products

 

Other requirements:

 

  • Strong experience in Semiconductor industry & proven sales experiences is required
  • Experiences in vacuum technology or equipment business is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
