Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing the on-site, installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and repair of all a models of complex contamination management systems at the customer site.
- Provides technical and service support to customers.
- Prepare reports on customer support issues and escalate to local FAE or Product Engineering/Applications team.
- Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
- With flexibilty to support on-duty and travel domestic or international upon request.
Other requirements:
- Willing to work on-call during nights or weekends as needed.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with Product Engineering team in English.
- Experiences in semiconductor equipment maintenance or AMC tools installation/ maintenances is a plus.
- Willing to have short-term support or work in Other areas.
