MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 
1.    Create and maintain local Export Control Program (ICP) in accordance with all applicable Global Export Control laws and regulations as well as ensuring compliance with company and local national policies;
2.    Monitor and evaluate regulatory changes (national policies / HQ requirements), make relevant changes for ICP change and implementation;
3.    Check and assess export transactions in day-to-day business and proactively report critical operations to Local Export Control Officer;
4.    Mentor/train local team to follow ICP and improve awareness;
5.    Track local Export Control laws and regulations and proactively inform local management;
6.    Finish other work required by the supervisor.
7.    Be involved in and support the establishment and maintenance of Quality and EHS related system construction, and strictly implement the operation specifications required by the Quality and EHS 
 

REQUIRED Qualification
1.    Education background and working experience :
Bachelor degree or above
Over 3 years relevant working experience in import and transfer of export-controlled items
2.    Working Skill:
Good skill in English/Chinese communication
Understand Global Export Control laws and regulations related to trade and sanctions, especially China, the U.S. or E.U.
Familiar with MS Office Appliances, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
3.    Others:
Good learning ability and can handle work independently.
Strong investigation, analytical and problem-solving skills and report writing skills.
Strong communication skills and coordination ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, taking responsibilities and accountabilities.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Hands on and self-driven.
