 Job Responsibilities

1.Implement and achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly team commercial KPIs
2. Track and maintain the key customer project/requirements
3. Develop new customers/project in responsible for segment
4. Maintain customers relationship, and develop new/service business
5. Promote new products demo 
6. Submit monthly reports on results and market conditions to Segment sales Manager
7. Make appropriate analysis of the market and competitors
8. Finish projects assigned by Line Manager
9. Be involved in and support the establishment and maintenance of Quality and EHS related system construction, and strictly implement the operation specifications required by the Quality and EHS related system

 

Job Requirement

1. Education background and working experience
Bachelor degree or above; 3 years or above sales experience in Mechanical and related industry, better in vacuum technology
2. Skill
Can use English as working language
3. Others:
Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines 
Good sales and negotiation skills; Good presentation skill; good interpersonal skill on both individual
and team work; Good influencing skill
Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors products and activities
