Sales Engineer-Industry

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.     Implement and achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly team commercial KPIs.
2.    Track and feedback on key customer requirements and expectations.
3.    Develop new customers in responsible for area / segment.
4.    Maintain customers relationship, and develop service sales
5.    Promote full range of products
6.    Submit monthly reports on results and market conditions to Segment sales Manager.
7.    Make appropriate analysis of the market and competitors.
8.    Finish projects assigned by Line Manager.
9.    Be involved in and support the establishment and maintenance of Quality and EHS related system construction, and strictly implement the operation specifications required by the Quality and EHS related system

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

1.    Education background and working experience
Bachelor degree or above; 5 years or above sales experience in Mechanical and related industry, better in vacuum technology.
2.    Skill
Can use English as working language.
3.    Others
Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines.
Good sales and negotiation skills; Good presentation skill; good interpersonal skill on both individual and team work; Good influencing skill. 
Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors products and activities.
