MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Implement and achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly team commercial KPIs.
2.Oversee the service sales process from quotation to invoice, take leadership for business related steps.
3.Lead & cooperate with other departments (site, workshop, Technical support & application, Customer Care) to achieve on service sales targets. 
4.Structure, develop promote existing & new service offers, leveraging competitive selling advantages.
5.Develop a positive counselor-selling relationship towards customers and their service needs, challenges.
6.Consistently monitor service orders & projects including value & probability for achievement.
7.Ensure continuous forecasting for stock management, site service and workshop operations planning.
8.Explore service business potentials, customer needs, develop & promote Pfeiffer service solutions.
9.Collects and shares market & business insight on competitors, trends, product opportunities, strategic information related to service, and convert it into service opportunities.
10.Focus on service business related to workshop repairs.
REQUIRED Qualification
1.    Education background and working experience. 
Bachelor degree and above, and major in Mechanical or electrical.
3 years or above related service sales or sales working experience
2.    Working Skill
Language: English as working language, good oral and written English
3.    Others
Good communication and cooperation skill.
