Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance job of Company’s products and components at customers’ sites.
  • Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers.
  • Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.
  • Support sales to get service orders.
  • Provide product training to customers.
  • Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or above in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Relevant working experience with electrical/mechanical repair will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.
  • Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.
  • High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
