Mission
In this role as our Sr Sales Manager you are in charge of leading a team of sales representatives who sell our vacuum technology products and services within Taiwan
In addition to that you will be the Key Account Manager for one of our large accounts in the semiconductor area. 

Your will make sure the team has effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people leader who enjoys completing account planning and forecasting, analyzing reports on business, and handling performance of the team!

 

Your role 

 

Forecast and analysis
•    Analyze and research the markets evolution with regards to customer, competition, market situation and incorporate this date into your business plan
•    Create a sales strategy and plan on opportunities to improve and grow business

Report
•    Prepare, submit and implement commercial targets and objectives.
•    Report monthly performance analysis and forecasting
•    Submit weekly report to General Manager

Management
•    Lead and motivate and develop your sales team to maintain key clients and to develop new opportunities and new customers and expand the business

Matrix Collaboration
•    Regular interactions with Busch Group Head of Semi Market; Service Semi, etc.

Training and development
•    Lead sales team to promote and introduce new and existing products.
•    Develop and motivate the sales team to meet future challenges and help them to develop programs to drive growth in any economic situation

 

Qualifications
•    Education: Technical Degree from a University Degree or above
•    Working Experience:10 years
•    Language: English and Chinese
•    Knowledge of SEMI markets
•    High energy and ability with strategical mindset to manage sales team to create and maintain business
•    Good communication and management skills
•    Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines.
