1.    Objective
The Global Head of Semicon Service Operations has overall responsibility for the operations of all Busch Group Semicon Service Centers. He/she is responsible for optimizing, harmonizing and deploying service center processes to meet customer expectations and guarantee customer satisfaction.

3.    Key responsabilities and activities

As part of its overall responsibility for the operations of all Busch Group Semicon Service Centers:
•    Develops a Group-wide service operations strategy in line with global market needs, and establishes efficient standards to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
•    Leads global service operations and develops a state-of-the-art service operations organization within the Busch Group.
•    Monitors performance and develops a set of service center key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with the rapidly changing market environments of the semiconductor industry.
•    Improves the efficiency of our service centers and leads initiatives to optimize best practices in our service centers.
•    Defines needs and plans necessary investments in service centers. Monitors implementation and budget compliance in coordination with GMs.
•    Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, standards and governance requirements (including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and IATF16949) across all service centers.
•    Is the functional manager of all semi-service center managers.

 

4.    Background and softskills

•    Minimum Bachelor degree in a technical field with a strong economic understanding.
•    Several years (10+) of professional experience in service operations in the semiconductor industry (end-user or supplier).
•    Proven experience in managing diverse international teams and comfortable working with a management team.
•    Very good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and IATF16949 standards. 
•    Fluent English and German or French.
•    Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 8D methods is useful.
•    Ability to propose creative, customer-oriented solutions.
•    40-50% travel worldwide.
